Exchange & Return Policy

Our Policy

We have an EXCHANGE ONLY policy! ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE! 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and include all labels. It should be stain, perfume and smoke free.

You have (5) Five calendar days to make an exchange once you received your garment. (s) We are not responsible for shipping costs incurred.

There are certain situations where NO exchange will be granted:

  1. Product with obvious signs of use.

  2. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  3. Any item that is returned more than (5) five days after delivery.

Exchanges

Please email info@carriescouture.com immediately and provide all contact information, reason for exchange and “in stock” item you wish to exchange for equal value. Once received, a customer service rep with contact you within 24 hours with mailing and exchange instructions.

Carrie’s Couture values our customers and will do everything in our power to make this a stress free process.

Shipping

All items ship within 2-7 business days. USPS and UPS is our shipping carrier.
